Green Artifacts When Viewing Shared Screens in Teams

We have a few users who have been seeing green artifacts during Teams Meetings. This will happen at the same time that someone is presenting.

Specs of Laptop:

Dell Latitude 5550

Intel Core Ultra 5 135U vPro

Intel Iris Xe Graphics

32GB RAM

512GB SSD

Things we have tried to remedy this:

  1. Run Teams in Compatibility mode
  2. Update to the newest Intel Arc/Iris Xe Driver
  3. Update to a different Intel WHQL Arc/Iris Xe Driver
  4. Uninstall and Reinstall Teams
  5. Tried using Teams in the browser

Any insight would be appreciated!

    It would be nice if ONE of the companies could come up with a solution to this, but I'm sure there's a lot of finger pointing. We've had several users have the green blocky screen issues for months now.

    Have tried all the suggested fixes (Windows updates, DISM, SFC, download latest drivers from Intel's site ... ending in 6790 or 6793 currently ... checkdisk, etc.). Our machines are EliteBook 840 / 860 G11 with the Intel 7 Ultra processors, Intel ARC graphics.

    From all the threads I've looked at, the common 'thread' does seem to be the Intel i5 / i7 Ultra processors with Intel ARC graphics. Happens on Teams AND browsers.

    Thanks to everyone out there trying to fix this, and for trying all the suggested solutions so far. If I hear anything soon that works on this, I'll be glad to post it unless someone else beats me to it :)

    Yes, in the browser still the same issue.

    Have you noticed if in other browsers the issue doesn´t happen?

    It seems fixed for us in teams. We though it was fixed by a teams update, but now I am not so sure anymore… we face the same issue now in the Edge browser…

    Can confirm issue is happening with the new Dell Pro Micro machines as well; driver updates have not helped

    This is why Zoom still reigns supreme... FIX THIS!
