Green Artifacts When Viewing Shared Screens in Teams

We have a few users who have been seeing green artifacts during Teams Meetings. This will happen at the same time that someone is presenting.

Specs of Laptop:

Dell Latitude 5550

Intel Core Ultra 5 135U vPro

Intel Iris Xe Graphics

32GB RAM

512GB SSD

Things we have tried to remedy this:

  1. Run Teams in Compatibility mode
  2. Update to the newest Intel Arc/Iris Xe Driver
  3. Update to a different Intel WHQL Arc/Iris Xe Driver
  4. Uninstall and Reinstall Teams
  5. Tried using Teams in the browser

Any insight would be appreciated!

    Awesome news, thank you! Interesting that is was a backend fix and not a driver fix, either way glad it is resolved. We will do testing today to verify it works for us.

    Did you download from Dell or Intel? Dell shows no new drivers for us and Intel has the driver from Feb. 10th.

    Version 25017.203.3370.1174 was installed today, no change in behavior for us. Not sure if this is the version containing Microsoft's fix or not.
