Hello,
I've switched to new Teams and they work great. However, every time I start Teams I get this message:

I don't want to switch back. Can I disable this message so I don't see it every time I start MS Teams?

Found the solution.
Teams have to be started using Microsoft Teams (Work Preview) entry from Start Menu, not the old one.

I apologize for the issue you are experiencing. Please be assured that I will do my best to provide a satisfactory response and assist you with resolving the problem.
You'll see a toggle with Try the new Teams at the top left of Teams. If you don't see this toggle, contact your IT admin. To use the new Teams:
-Open the Teams desktop app on your Windows device.
-Turn on the Try the new Teams toggle at the top of Teams.
-Select Get it now from the pop-out dialogue. The new Teams will start installing.
-Your Teams app will reboot to open the new Teams. Any subsequent actions you take will happen in the new Teams by default, like joining a Teams meeting from Outlook.
When in the new Teams, turn on (or off) notifications by selecting Settings and more Teams icon at the top of the new Teams, then selecting Settings>Notifications>Open Windows notifications settings. Find Microsoft Teams (work preview) in the apps list and set your preference.
It's easy to toggle back and forth between using the classic and new Teams, so you can take advantage of the new Teams performance enhancements on some days and switch back to the classic Teams when you need to.
To switch back to the classic Teams, turn off the New Teams toggle at the top of Teams.
If you are in a meeting or call while turning off the toggle, a notification will ask you to confirm the switch. Your call or meeting will be disconnected.
When you switch between the new and classic Teams, the version you’re currently using will close and the one you’re switching to will automatically open and become your default version.

I'm afraid this response doesn't solve the problem I'm facing.

I forgot to mention that currently there is no option to remove it. Microsoft is still working on this version, so some features aren’t available yet.
Also, I would suggest sending feedback through the new Teams, select Help >Give feedback and follow the prompts.

In the Taskbar, Right click the new teams logo and pin it to your taskbar. Then right click the old logo and unpin from it taskbar. Done.
