Join button to add another device on windows teams app not working

When I get a call from someone, both my computer and my cell phone rings.

If I answer on the computer, I can go into the teams app on my phone and it will ask me if I want to join the call on the phone. This is works ok.

If I answer on the phone, teams asks me on my computer if I want to join on my computer as a second device and has a join button , but nothing happens when i click on it any more.(it used to last week)

I have made sure Teams updated on both devices (I have teams for business)

I have signed out of both devices and resigned in

I have rebooted the computer

Can someone help please?

    I have the same problem with most here. I answer with the phone (always) and then want to try to add my PC when needing to view shared material. join button doesn't do anything anymore. Most annoying. It used to work not long ago and was a great feature which supported my freedom of mobility when answering teams calls.

    Please fix this. I don't want to be chained to a desk answering teams calls.

    The issue is still there even after receiving the latest update on Thursday, March 9, 2023. I Hope Microsoft will resolve the issue soon.

    Still have this problem as of 3/9/23 - looking forward to the fix. This is a critical bug!

    checked with many users and it seems our entire organization is having the same issue. Cannot add a 2nd device to a meeting. Unable to share my screen and be productive. Microsoft, please come up with a fix.
