Join button to add another device on windows teams app not working

When I get a call from someone, both my computer and my cell phone rings.

If I answer on the computer, I can go into the teams app on my phone and it will ask me if I want to join the call on the phone. This is works ok.

If I answer on the phone, teams asks me on my computer if I want to join on my computer as a second device and has a join button , but nothing happens when i click on it any more.(it used to last week)

I have made sure Teams updated on both devices (I have teams for business)

I have signed out of both devices and resigned in

I have rebooted the computer

Can someone help please?

    Having the same issue as well. One of users cannot join a call from his laptop after being on the call inside of his phone. The join button displays but is unresponsive. If he is on the call on his laptop, he can transfer the call by using the join button on his teams app on his phone.

    Steps taken to resolve issue:

    reinstalled app after uninstalling it and then restarting computer. tried again doing this but deleted all teams related folder structure in file explorer then restarted. also cleared temp files prior to reinstall and deleting all information from the teams cache location (%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams). installer was used directly from the teams website.

    closed out app and cleared %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams folder before reopening and trying again.

    signed out of app, cleared the above folder, and signed back in with same issue.

    checked for updates on app after the reinstall and none were availlable.

    User is on windows version 22h2 with no further windows updates available.

    This is a Teams bug. Massive amounts of people are reporting this same issue as of about a week ago.

    Throwing my hat into the ring as well. I can add the 2nd device in a meeting but not on a regular call.

    EDIT: Added screenie of admin portal with latest update.

    I am the same. This worked about a week ago and has just stopped working. It works if in a meeting but not if a call
