No chat notification sound after updating Teams to new version 23285.3809.2525.961 on Mac

Hi,
I have recently my Teams on Mac to new version "23285.3809.2525.961". Since the update, I am not getting any chat notification sound at all. I have checked all the relevent setting on micorosoft teams as well as in notification centre on Mac but no luck. Can anyone please help?

    Adding to Utkarsh's reply shared above,

    Check if focus mode toggled on in your mac.

    -> Click on control center on the top right of your mac machine, turn off focus mode.

    In addition to adding TEAMS to the list of allowed apps in Focus>Do Not Disturb, I have also found that turning OFF the "Shared across devices" in System Setting>Focus both on my MAC and my iPhone also helps!

    I tried every possible solution listed in all the pages of this chat and nothing worked. Randomly I logged into work on Monday and got this when opening teams. I had to uninstall and reinstall new teams twice before it would even open. Once I got it back up and running teams notification settings in Teams and on my Mac were both all turned off. I turned them all back on and now it is working.

    Somewhere along the way it said that the teams sound driver or something like that was missing or damaged so not sure if this will work for someone else who doesn't get this pop-up up but it's worth a shot. Good luck!

    1 Teams

    2 Settings

    3 Notification and activity

    4 @mention

    Channel and team @mentions - show in activity and banner

    Tag @mentions - show in activity and banner

    Everyone in chat @mentions - show in activity and banner

    Personal @mentions - show in activity and banner

    Replies to my channel posts and replies - show in activity and banner

    Likes and reactions - show in activity and banner

    Keep this same settings and check, might be fix issue.
