It still does not work. In the day and age this small issue cannot be fixed !! It's frustrating.

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings. I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service. I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.
Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams. People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them. I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.
Thanks.

I am currently using Windows 11 and using Microsoft Teams daily. With Windows 10, I had the same issues as everybody else in here (Mic works, audio was horrible), however it seems that with Windows 11, the issue is gone. After pairing AirPods normally, they seem to work just as well as they do on Teams in iOS and MacOS. Mic and Audio seem to be working normally, with no loss in quality.
I can offer a workaround- join TEAMS meetings on your iphone, and use the Iphone for audio (deactivate incoming video) and then join on your PC as well and have TEAMS connect to both devices. That way you can fully use your airpods and have the PC screen for a more ergonomic viewing experience. It ain't perfect, but it works.
Thank you - good suggestion.
Thank you! This is what I do since almost a year and half :)
