That doesn't help for the "noise cancelling" aspect of the airpods, does it?

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings. I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service. I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.
Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams. People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them. I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.
Thanks.

The problem with Apple product is Apple doesnt develop driver for windows. its not to windows to develop driver for windows
just buy windows head phone. tell to apple to develop a compatibility kit for windows. you buy apple product and is to windows to make compatibility lol
I don't think anyone is concerned about AirPod support on Windows, rather on IOS devices (the largest use case in my company).
This worked even without disabling the iPhone Bluetooth. I removed the AirPods from the iPhone and MacBook. I don't like that I cannot use my AirPods across all of my devices and have to use an old set that I had sitting around.
If another company comes out with earbuds that are comfortable for all day use and have independent mics, I will quickly jump ship.
