Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings. I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service. I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.
Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams. People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them. I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.
Thanks.

I wish I had read these messages before I bought my Airpod pro yesterday....
The Apple Airpods Pro are "compatible" with Microsoft Teams when using the Jabra 370 USB dongle or an equivalent like the Sennheiser BT800 ML.
I tested it both, both work.
See this youtube video: New Update | Apple AirPods Pro With Microsoft Teams on Windows 10
The downside is that you need the USB dongle (eg. Jabra or Sennheiser), which I think is outdated. Therefore I am not using it. It needs to work like my Airpods Pro work with my iPhone, like clockwork and bluetooth only without a nonsense dongle.
If you can spare a USB slot and really want to use your Airpods Pro, this is a "solution".

Any update on this? It's been 1.5 years.....with everyone working remotely. Just seems like bad development at this point.
What helped for me was:
- Disconnect your airpods with your Iphone.
I think the issue is, that when your Iphone is near your laptop, your Airpods want to switch to your iphone.
Because normally if you use a macbook, switching between the devices is very normal.
So first totally disconnect with your Iphone and after that connect with your notebook.
hopefully this will also work for you!
