Microsoft Teams and Apple Airpod compatability

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings.  I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service.  I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.

Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams.  People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them.  I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.

    Hi,

    Just adding one more voice to the plea... Microsoft, we're not talking here about some edge and obscure wireless headset. We're talking one of the most widely used headsets in the world. And to make matters worse, the headset fully works in other apps in your operating system. Also, this issue has been known for months now.

    Can you please take this seriously and provide a proper fix?

    I can get my AirPods Pros working with teams for both speaker and mic if I have them connected, on, and chosen as the audio before starting Teams. I have to restart each time I connect them, but they work.

    Hi, the same works for me with my AirPods (not Pro): close Teams, put Aipods on and connect them to Mac, open Teams, Teams Settings and change Speakers and Micro to Airpods, and that's all.

    Anyway, It would be kind of Microsoft to fix this issue, many of workers use Airpods as a tool. Thanks.

    the incompatibility between airpod/airpodpro and Teams has been pointed last January!

    Three months later, it is not fixed !

    Allo? please, come on !

    or can you explain why it is not possible....
