Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings. I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service. I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.
Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams. People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them. I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.

Can you be more specific on how to change the profile ?
I'm trying to use my new Airpods pro with Teams on Windows 10. I read a lot of comments on the Web but it is the first time i see that kind of information.

I use them all the time without issues. There are currently 27 pages of discussion to this question and I unfortunately don't have the time to read all of that, so I post what I do here so that you can see it in case it helps. If this is a complete duplication to what someone else posted, I apologize in advance for that.

At this time there is no workaround. Our engineers are working with Apple developers to find fixes for these issues. I understand this inconvenince totally, please wait for the updates in the future.

My actually worked great for a while. My Airpod Pros. All of the sudden either after a Teams update or my Airpod update, they no longer work. I'm very disappointed. That is one of the main reasons I spent $250 on them. Anyway, I am replaying to a year old post. Any updates?

I purchased my Pros recently and have been using them with Teams on my desktop and laptop PC. All of the sudden in the last week they have stopped working. Do you have any issues since any updates in Teams or Apple Airpod updates?
Thanks for your reply. Since my original posting, I have had some success with the issue. Before my Teams meeting, I check that the airpods are paired with the Bluetooth on my Win 10 laptop. In the devices the airpods have to show as connected to both voice and music. If just voice, they will not work in Teams for me. Then I go into Teams and in settings | devices make sure the speaker is the airpods. It gets a little weird here because airpods is usually listed twice and I have to select the second option which is the one with (stereo) at the end to hear anything. I get no sound with the first selection. That seems to work well most of the time now, although occasionally the connection will drop which buggers up all audio on the computer (not just in Teams) and I have to reboot the computer. Doesn't happen often but an annoying disruption to my meeting when it does. The airpods have never worked for me as the microphone, but I use my webcam speaker for that by selecting it in devices in Teams (in reality it usually defaults to it for the microphone) and that combination seems to work. Don't get me started on poor connectivity of the airpods with my iPhone and iPad. That's the worst and puzzling given they're all Apple products.
