Microsoft Teams and Apple Airpod compatability

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings.  I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service.  I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.

Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams.  People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them.  I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.

    If you have the Teams app on your iPhone, you can connect to the meeting on your phone and use your ear pods...you can still connect to the meeting on your computer and use your phone/ear pods for audio.

    Nancy - agreed, but the volume cannot be controlled within Teams when it is fully possible with other tools. has anyone a solution to this?

    Hi Richard,

    I have not tried changing volume within Teams except to mute or unmute microphone (which is my Surface's microphone).  To control volume of what I hear, I use the "speaker" volume on the taskbar of my surface as well.

    So seriously, it has been so long since the Airpods Pro came to the market and Teams has seen so much more use due to the working from home situation...

    Yet Teams still cannot support Airpods Pro? I seriously think this is unacceptable in this day and age and speaking of Microsoft and not just any small developer.

    Please so fix this issue sometime soon?
