Microsoft Teams and Apple Airpod compatability

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings.  I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service.  I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.

Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams.  People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them.  I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.

Thanks.

Here's what has worked for me for months now:

    1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
    2. Open Device Manager
    3. Double click on "Sound, Video and Game controllers"
    4. Right click on "Airpods Pro Stereo" and click "Disable device"

You may need to repeat these steps after restarting.

You could also click "Uninstall device", but I use mine for stereo occasionally.

    Good luck!

In my case Air pod pro works fine on mac book but does not work with iPhone 11 Pro when on Teams meeting.

On iPhone speakers goes off after every few seconds when connected to Teams meeting. All other applications (music and video work fine)

This have worked in the beginning. I had Team meetings on my iMac with my AirPod's pro. It was so handy, because you could fetch a cup of coffee and still listening to the meeting. Suddenly it stopped working. I guess we have to buy an other brand. I really don't like this, it looks like it is intentionally blocked by Microsoft.
