Microsoft Teams and Apple Airpod compatability

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings.  I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service.  I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.

Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams.  People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them.  I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.

Thanks.

    whats happening with a fix????

come on @microsoft this is ridiculous.

The strange thing is that my airpods worked perfectly with Teams the other day including volume adjustment using the master volume control on laptop!!

How can it work and then not work etc?

At least give us a timescale as this has gone on for years now 🤬🤬

Yikes.  This seems to have been going on for quite a while now.  Airpod Pros aren't cheap and I suspect many users would have purchased these for multiple devices not knowing they would not work with Teams.  It would seem Microsoft has dropped the ball  by not fixing this issue.

I 100% agree -- this is absurd that AirPods and AirPods Pro don't work.

Something weird happened to me. I have the airpods pro and they did not work with teams on my surface pro 3. I changed my computer to a surface pro 7 and now the airpods work perfectly with teams....

Indeed very frustrating that AirPods (Pro) work fine with other conferencing tools on the same HP laptop.

They work fine with Teams on MacOS and iPhone but Teams on Windows is a problem, and taht's what I use for work.
