Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings. I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service. I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.
Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams. People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them. I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.
Thanks.

Add me to the super frustrated list. I have been switching meetings to zoom etc. where I can because this is ridiculous. you can do better, please Microsoft. Airpods are the most popular earphones in the world, by far right now. please keep up!
Please fix this!
Add me (and many others from my 5 000 co-workers) to the list of frustrated users.
Since my Airpods Pro work like a charm with everything within my work HP laptop and only Teams doesn't work, I will put this on Microsoft to solve it.
I have problems when using MS Teams, i can hear everyone perfectly but they say when my mic is on and i speak they can hear crackling, or as one said, it sounds like i have my head in a hoover! I don't know how to put this right, do i need to change something in my settings. (input and output are both set to my Airpods). I also have a papalook webcam which i use so was wondering if this causes interference? There are no sound settings in the webcams. Help!
