I agree completely my perspective now says that this is a TEAMS problem.
I now have Bose 700 headphones, and they will work, but if anything else in Windows 10 pops up, or sends a notification, bam, the headphones with both hearing and talking are off. even if I get an email notification. so I turn Outlook off, and still other items, as if Excel is on or other things happening.
Anything seems to interrupt the headphones. Considering that the mic's in laptops, are not very good and pick up hum if the computer is running hot, headphones with mic, or external mics are needed.
This tells me all this is a MS problem, unless there is a way in Windows 10 to turn off notifications while using TEAMS?. I had similar issues with apple Air-pad pro, so switched to Bose 400, still not working.
MS TEAMS needs to pay attention and work on this.
