Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings. I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service. I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.
Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams. People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them. I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.

2020-02-12T11:18:10+00:00 I agree. We have just moved over to Teams in our office of circa 50 people. I went out and bought a pair of Airpod Pros yesterday (from my own money - not the firm's) only to find out that they don't work (only after I had unwrapped them and put them in my ears) for a reason I cannot logically understand. If they can work with non-Apple laptops, phones etc why on earth don't they work with what is a very 'bread and butter' piece of Microsoft software - how was this allowed to happen?
