Microsoft Teams and Apple Airpod compatability

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings.  I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service.  I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.

Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams.  People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them.  I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.

    Working from home now because of corona. Bought Airpods Pro, excellent! Headphones give me a headache during long Teams meetings. Please get Teams to work woth Airpods Pro ASAP!

    Currently, Apple AirPods and AirPods Pro are not in the official supported USB audio and video devices list. They are not fully supported SFB and Teams. The cause for this incompatibility may come from the manufacture, we suggest you use devices in the list for fully support.

    I was using my Airpods with TEAMS on my 2019 MacBook Air.  Then it stopped but I found a work around -- connect AirPods, play music, pause music, make a TEAMS video/audio call.  It was a hassle but it worked, BUT that stopped a couple of days ago - its almost like TEAMS has prohibited Airpods from working.  Thank you for working on this issue.

    Dear Teams Support,

    Same Problem Here. to be specific Teams call works perfectly with Apple Airpods Pro With Wireless Charging case MWP22HNA. But in calender Meetings Meet Now or New Meeting it doesnt work. Now all of us are working long hours from Home, Please share a TAT as the thread is open since Nov 2019.

    Wow.... I was about to order Air Pods today, primarily to use with MS Teams.  I had heard there were compatibility issues, I thought "surely not, most popular headset should work with MS Teams" This is absolute insanity.  Oh well.

    the incompatibility between airpod/airpodpro and Teams has been pointed last January!

    Three months later, it is not fixed !

    Allo? please, come on !
