Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings. I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service. I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.
Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams. People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them. I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.
Thanks.

At this time there is no workaround. Our engineers are working with Apple developers to find fixes for these issues. I understand this inconvenince totally, please wait for the updates in the future.
Sincerely,
Shawn
Sounds like a corporate standoff to me. Just make the things work!
Just trying to add to the chorus of disappointment here folks. Purchased Air Pod Pro's yesterday to allow for a better Teams experience and could not understand why they were not being recognized in my audio settings. I see from this message board that I wasn't alone. Microsoft, this is insane! You have to accommodate this comparability issue.
Please figure out how to integrate AirPods with Teams. I love using Teams, but this is going to force me to use other video conferencing software in lieu of buying other earpods. This is a no brainer for Microsoft.
