Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings. I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service. I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.
Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams. People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them. I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.
Thanks.

Add me to the frustrated list of Teams users as well! This is unacceptable. A fix needs to happen soon.
@maisybear
I had the same issue initially. I removed the device and restarted my laptop. Then went through the pairing steps again. That worked to fix my issue. I would work through those steps a couple of times if the first re-pairing does not work.
I hope that helps!
I'm anxious to know how the S380 responded. I see mixed reviews if the S370 will actually work or not. Anybody got an update ?
Hi BWinBn
Just bought the Jabra 370 MS Bluetooth adapter for around €45 and installed the software from Jabra. I can confirm that it works perfectly with my Apple Airpods Pro. Very happy to finally have a solution. The software is switching automatically between the stereo music and the microphone mode. I listen to music with perfect quality and can have Microsoft Teams calls in between. Always using my AirPods Pro. Very cool :)
Glad it works for you! Yay thank you Microsoft :) not!
