Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings. I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service. I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.
Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams. People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them. I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.
Thanks.

I am not an online commentator for things like this but I am so incredibly frustrated by this! Huge disappointment for so many like me who are WFH and invested their own money into airpods to use specifically for their teams meetings to find out that they won't work. Additionally, the MS support moderator only points us to info about compatible USB devices - this is a bluetooth device. You'd think the messaging about this from MS after years would be better. It's not like they're hearing about this for the first time.
MS has not responded to any of these comments since Jan 2020. This has been going on for years - need to provide some sort of info or timeline about when we can expect a fix as so many are WFH right now. I bought airpods specifically for my online meetings and my organization transitioned to Teams. It feels pretty hopeless as I see other posts about this issue dating back to 2018.
As everyone is transitioning to Microsoft Teams for work meetings, it's entirely frustrating that my AirPods do not work with Teams but work with everything else on my computer. Please make the AirPods a compatible device!
Indeed very frustrating that AirPods (Pro) work fine with other conferencing tools on the same HP laptop.
They work fine with Teams on MacOS and iPhone but Teams on Windows is a problem, and taht's what I use for work.
