Microsoft Teams and Apple Airpod compatability

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings.  I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service.  I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.

Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams.  People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them.  I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.

Thanks.

    My company uses Teams and DevOps for everything. I just got my AirPods Pro, and was excited to start using them for all of my meetings. How could this not be supported? Please fix this!

    When I went into the sound controls menu and picked the airpods pro I still couldn't hear anything but they could hear me just fine.  It's very frustrating.

    @Microsoft and All

    I was able to gain some control by clicking on  ...  (more options next to Raise Hand) and selecting "Device settings". I turned the volume all the way down and it makes the Airpods much quieter.

    @Microsoft and ALL

    Yes this is frustrating and very annoying.

    I don't even understand how it can be with MS trying to push Teams as the best visio meeting system

    Thanks for your support and fix as soon as possible.
