Microsoft Teams and Apple Airpod compatability

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings.  I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service.  I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.

Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams.  People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them.  I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.

Thanks.

I went off slack and Skype to go to Teams. Currently just using Zoom for video calls. I don't see any reason to use Teams until this is resolved.

I received Apple AirPod (Pros) for Christmas and I might as well add my complaint, hoping Microsoft sees this is still an issue. I would rather not use Teams and use my AirPods then use a second headset and continue using Teams.

What's it going to take to wake Microsoft up on this one? It's been over a year and you still don't support THE most popular Apple headphones. Is it time to start steering my organizations back to Slack?

    Folks,

This is all about Microsoft playing games and shutting out Apple on certain features.

It's not rocket science, it's just Microsoft being Microsoft.
