Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings. I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service. I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.
Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams. People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them. I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.
Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for the fast reply.
This was my fear "...WILL NOT work if you select Airpod as your microphone.".
The fact that w have to use an alternative microphone reduces the Airpods user experience.
Thanks anyway.
Hi!
I managed to get it to work with Microsoft Teams (and Zoom) on my Surface Pro almost every time now.
Before I sign in to any video call - I always check "Settings - Bluetooth and Other Devices - Audio"
Make sure under Audio, Airpod must show as "Connected voice, music".
Then in Teams, choose "Custom set up". Speaker is Airpod Pro. Microphone is my Logitec video cam.
It WILL NOT work if you select Airpod as your microphone.
Hello,
Is everything running fine with your "combo" Windows Computer, Teams and Airpods Pro?
Are you using Airpods Pro microphone? Is your voice heard clearly?
Thanks
as an information my Airpod pro are now working well with Teams since I changed for a more recent computer.
This was not the case on my previous computer in December... but I have not noted what are the exact differences.
for information I am now using Teams version is 1.4.00.35564 (32 bits) with Windows 10 Entreprise 20H2
and configuration of my computer is 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1145G7 @ 2.60GHz 2.61 GHz
I should not be the only one having this problem solved, I just wanted to share with you.
