Microsoft Teams and Apple Airpod compatability

I can get Teams working with my Airpod Pros for both voice and sound however it regularly crashes the sound in Teams completely and requires a laptop restart to resolve. Come on Microsoft - get your act together. In the meantime I will request our IT Team remove Teams as our corporate option and replace with Zoom until you start to listen and respond to your users.

Thanks for this.  I have the exact same problem.  Extremely frustrating as I am constantly on and off calls and end up rebooting.  Who would have thought Microsoft would not be up with the latest technology.  I thought it was a user error. AT least consolation knowing that I am not alone.  Microsoft please fix ASAP!!

I have the same problem as well.  Often I have to unpair and then pair again.  And if that also fails, I have to reboot my laptop.  I am using Teams on Surface.

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings.  I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service.  I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.  

Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams.  People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them.  I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.

Just started using Apple Air Pod Pros and thought they've been working well on Teams and Zoom, but just started getting feedback that people can't hear me very well. I've looked and played with pretty much any all audio settings possible (i.e. within Teams and within my HP Elitebook), but nothing seems to fix this. 

Any ideas? Thanks.
