Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings. I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service. I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.
Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams. People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them. I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.
Thanks.

Just bought AirPods Pro and am really glad with them.... but.... together with MS Teams is sucks!!!!!
Crackling sound, loud white noise... only with MS Teams ánd Skype.
Talked with Apple and they said that Microsoft can only fix this.
Problem exists for years, I saw on internet. Please fix this!
MS Surface 4 Pro with W10 Enterprise 20H2
Thanks and good to know. I use a Mac for personal meetings. Will try teams and airpods there ( although mostly zoom). At least not a complete waste of money. Still hope microsoft steps up or i will request a Mac for work!!
Another thing I noticed is that when joining someone else’s meetings it seems to be better when I use the browser to join, not the desktop app.

This has become my exact same experience (sound crashing completely requiring a restart - as not even wired headphones work without it).
No longer using my nice new AirPods for anything work-related as I can't work like this.
Anyway, agreed - please fix ASAP Microsoft!
Lastly, my wife has been using AirPods successfully without issues for months now on her MacBook Pro, and she also uses Teams all day long like I do. So I guess the issue is Teams related, but also OS related in association to Teams (as her Airpods + Teams experience is fine)?
