Microsoft Teams and Apple Airpod compatability

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings.  I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service.  I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.

Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams.  People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them.  I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.

Thanks.

This video shows the user switching the mirophone for AirPods to the PC mic. So the solution is "don't use AirPods"  That's not what we need. I'd like to use them as a headset that means including the microphone.

That’s what the video showed me how to do. Use them as a headset.

    Hi Jeff,

Thanks for the tip. Sound is oke. but... after 10 min or so, I loose the sound in my ear. As if the Airpods go to sleep.

Is this also with you? Microphone computer keeps in working...

Speaker is set to: Headset Airpods Pro Stereo

Microphone is set to: micrphone computer

    Hi Henk,

    Are you from NL?

Anyway this can happen and  you should check your bluetooth sertings to makw sure that the airpods are still connected (not merely paired).

    Jeff
