Microsoft Teams and Apple Airpod compatability

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings.  I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service.  I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.

Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams.  People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them.  I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.

Thanks.

Does somebody from Microsoft read this blog?

If this problem exists for years, with different brands... Can't they do something???

Thanks but for some reason, using the airpods has never worked for me for the microphone. I have had success with using them for the speaker and my webcam for microphone.

Have the same problem. Can't believe that Microsoft hasn't found a solution yet.

I doubt about if they are busy with it. I think its a policy and they didn’t work about it. Sadly this kind of expensifly and wide spread hardware isn’t supported.

Hi Cindy. I am not having any problems. Fingers crossed.

Maybe removing the pairing and adding it again might help?
