Microsoft Teams and Apple Airpod compatability

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings.  I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service.  I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.

Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams.  People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them.  I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.

Thanks.

I just got my AirPods. They worked right out of the box. Windows 10, Teams. However, they dropped at one point and I couldn't get them to connect again.

By switching the settings, I am able to get it to partially work. However, this probable isn't good as I can't imagine my laptop mic sounds good on the other end.

Now that I am teaching from home I am in MS Teams 4 to 5 hours a day, and am finding that the traditional headsets worn with glasses are not very comfortable and by the end of the day I can barely focus on my students.

My Airpods Pro are extremely comfortable to use and hope that MS Teams will make this a priority to these products to the list of supported devices.

Same here. It is unbelievable that it won't work for such a long time.

Now everybody works at home and the need for good working programs is at the highest of all times...

How long will this take to arrange a fix-patch?

I have had Airpods for the last couple of weeks and they worked fine until today. I could listen and talk with them. They now do not work properly though they work fine with other applications and the computer. This is something that needs to be fixed pretty quickly. Thank you.

I have tried this solution a few times this morning but with no luck.  I made sure Teams was not running silently in thebackground via Task Manager but still no luck.  Any ideas what I may be doing wrong?

Did you pair your earbuds with the bluetooth on your PC/Laptop?  And have your earbuds out of the case?
