I went off slack and Skype to go to Teams. Currently just using Zoom for video calls. I don't see any reason to use Teams until this is resolved.

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings. I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service. I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.
Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams. People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them. I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.
Thanks.

Reminds me of "Windows ain't done until Lotus won't run...". Considering this is over a year and Teams development has been on high gear since March, I think it is safe to say this is a design feature. Maybe if there was driver that made the airpods look like Microsoft headphones...
