Microsoft Teams and Apple Airpod compatability

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings.  I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service.  I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.

Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams.  People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them.  I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.

Thanks.

It seems teams is charging premium from headphone makers and they are charging from us. Popular headphone like bose and airpods won't work but low sales sony work perfectly well with teams. However sony xm4 not made for all day work to wear those big bass drivers only for meetings . I still prefer light weight airpods to all others but then how can companies charge premium in name of team compatibles device ? All other headphone s sales will plummet , this thread is testament to this fact

It is hard to believe a company as big as Microsoft can't get Apple Airpods to work with Teams.  I have used my Airpads on a number of non Apple devices without any difficulty, is Microsoft just unaware of them?

Same problem here.  Airpods not working for Teams and Skype for Business.  Everything else is OK including Bluejeans.

I am another MS Teams user frustrated by this problem. My Apple AirPod Pro's work perfectly with all my devices. Just not with MS Teams on my Windows/Office365 work laptop. Please ensure compatibility soonest!

Hello I also have the same problem. Now that my partner and I am working from home and have meetings at the same time I was hoping using my airpods, which work on the computer would solve the overlaps. Hope to see the update very soon.
