Using Microsoft Teams on macOS, including installation, features, and compatibility
Hey! I navigated to this same Library folder and there are none of those files there already. Very weird huh?

Hi all,
I recently installer MacOS Big Sur in my Macbook Pro from scratch (not upgrading from previous installation). Once the system was working, I installed the Office 365 suite from App Store and MS Teams from microsoft.com (Teams does not exists in the App Store). All software is working properly EXCEPT Teams. After installation and launch, I keeps freezed in the "Loading Microsoft Teams" view.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the package several times, restarted the machine, etc, but it still does not work.
Are there any procedures or fixed I should perform? Does Teams actually works on Big Sur?
Thanks.

Hi,
This is the link for the 'for work' option which worked for me.

Make sure you scroll down and click the button underneath the apple logo:
If you want to view the other options (for home, for education), you would have to click the solutions tab at the top of the page:
Hopefully this works!
Hi all,
I have tried everything you suggest and it has not worked for me. However, I have finally found the solution for me. I have had to uncheck the proxy settings. System preferences > Net > Wifi > Advanced > Proxy > unckeck automatic proxy detection.
Hope this will help some of you.
Thanks,
Ester.

If you are getting the constant crashes and restart loops of the Teams app once you’ve logged in with MacOS Big Sur and the blank window after 4-5 seconds,
I can confirm that Joe.Price308ad's answer on Page 2 of this forum WORKED.
n fact, I just purchased a Macbook Pro 2020 with Big Sur (Fresh installation) and the symptoms were the same as described here. After having tried everything from clearing the cache to uninstalling and combination of the 2 above, I finally tried the following and it worked!
Here is the excerpt with the added step you would need to do to make it work.
On your Mac OS, under the Apple logo, go to:
