Hi,
I use the wireless JBL Endurance Sprint Headphones to connect to meetings on my Teams app on my work laptop.
This was working fine until a few days ago. But, from the past few days my headphones gets disconnected
every few seconds.
This is terribly agonizing - I can't hear the audio and get tuned out from the conversation. I need to turn on my headphones again every time it gets disconnected. I end up losing parts of the conversation and it gets extremely awkward frequently requesting
the other person to repeat what they said.
I initially thought it might be my headphones, but it works really well with the same laptop on other applications. Works fine on other devices too.
I tried updating driver software for my Bluetooth device. Looks like it's up-to-date.
I have no idea how to fix this.
Similar questions had answers to uncheck the "Disable bluetooth device for power savings" under Power Management Tab ( Device Manager -> Bluetooth-> Adapter-> Properties).
I don't see this tab anymore.
Please help fix this ASAP.
