Will Teams add a draw on screen feature when sharing a screen

We are financial advisors who like to highlight things on a clients account or plan when having a virtual meeting.  Currently we have to use Go-To Meeting to allow us to draw or highlight data to call it out.  Has MS Teams considered adding a feature to allow users to highlight or draw on a shared screen which may be a document or website?

I'm running into the same issue - going from slack to Teams, and BAM hit this brick wall... Question is... Is anyone from Microsoft doing anything about it, or is this just a gripe session.. I'd REALLY like to know, so I know if MS will ever do something about it.

Is Teams planning on coming out with a draw on-screen feature anytime soon? This is becoming a necessity and limits a lot of offices that are already set up on a Microsoft domain. We are having to look into competing programs such as Slack, GTM, and Zoom.

We are a design-build firm. What program are you currently using that helps you sketch over shared screens?

This is something that is needed to highlight on the screen.   When I get help from Microsoft Support and share my screen with them they can draw on my screen to show me want to do.   This feature should be added to Teams. I think it one of the most asked questions. This should be worked on before Room sitting view.

    I agree.  I don't understand the priorities.

MS Teams has delivered cool video filters. Whoopee.

But something really functional like drawing on the shared screen isn't there.  In IT development, we use this kind of thing all the time with our users.  It's how we collaborate on, say, code and do a lot of problem solving/ instruction.  My guess is that lots and lots of other skill sets -- and online classrooms -- do the same kind of thing.  The unimpressive Whiteboard is NOT a replacement.

That's one of the reasons why people like Slack and Zoom. Why Microsoft hasn't paid attention to those apps ... and what makes them useful and simple to use ... is a mystery.

    Please add screen drawing.
