Hiding Teams Control Task Bar (at Bottom of Teams Screen) During a Meeting (So Screenshot of Shared Screen is Clean)

Anyone know if there's a way to hide the default Teams meeting control task bar at the bottom of the screen so I can take screenshots of what is being shared/displayed on the without that in the way? Thanks.

Also, Teams isn't a "Category" option when I'm posting this. Nor is it listed in the "Office Topic" while "Skype" still is. Might want to update that since Teams has been released. As such, I'm having to post in "Unknown/Other".

Based on your description, you want to hiding the Teams control task bar (like below picture). I just tested this on my side, the task bar will auto hiding after you move your mouse outside of the sharing screen for a while. Could you please test this on your side to see if this works for you?

    Well, I have 1.3.00.13565 (64-bit) but still a floating control bar

    it will disappear after a few seconds, but returns as soon as you move your mouse. I just like a hotkey to control it's appearing/disappearing and a way to move it out of the way, and perhaps pin/unpin as well.

    WOW. Good news Mr ROB and hope you are right. I am yet to experience such a annoyed things got rectified finally by Microsoft. I have to visit my office for auto upgrade.

    Fixed!

    Looks like Microsoft have finally fixed this! My Teams was updated on 15/06/2020 to version. 1.3.00.13565 (32-bit) - and now on a call the annoying floating toolbar has gone! Instead there is a far more sensible fixed bar at the top, which does not float over the top of any of the screenshare or video.

    My version is pushed out to my laptop by my organisation - or auto updated from Office365, not sure which. 

    So try updating to the latest version - or just wait until it's available for you.

    Hope everyone gets it soon. Finally!! Microsoft...that too far too long...

    Many have the same issue - no way to hide the (bottom) toolbar immediately and many reasons to not just wait for it to disappear.

    @All: Please vote on Uservoice "control bar" and Uservoice "hide toolbar" to get the developer's attention.
