Hiding Teams Control Task Bar (at Bottom of Teams Screen) During a Meeting (So Screenshot of Shared Screen is Clean)

Anyone know if there's a way to hide the default Teams meeting control task bar at the bottom of the screen so I can take screenshots of what is being shared/displayed on the without that in the way? Thanks.

Also, Teams isn't a "Category" option when I'm posting this. Nor is it listed in the "Office Topic" while "Skype" still is. Might want to update that since Teams has been released. As such, I'm having to post in "Unknown/Other".

Based on your description, you want to hiding the Teams control task bar (like below picture). I just tested this on my side, the task bar will auto hiding after you move your mouse outside of the sharing screen for a while. Could you please test this on your side to see if this works for you?

    Ray, you are absolutely right. 

    However this post is not getting visibility as it is incorrectly marked as 'answered' I have created a new 'Question' to reflect the problem that over fifty thousand Teams users have sought an answer for.

    It's in a new question thread entitled "Manually Hide Teams Tool Bar during Presentations, or move it out of the way". I don't know how to create a direct link but this should help one find it.

    I recommend that everyone who receives a notification to this post and wants the problem addressed, reply to the new thread so we can get their attention again.

    I for one am fed up with the tool bar ruining my meetings, and give every call a feedback of one star with the same reply " Tool bar blocks presentation, with no way to manually hide it"

    Good point.  that may be a different issue 

    just to clarify...

    you are the presentor ( like the teacher ) and want to use the mouse cursor as a pointer  .

    Google "Microsoft TEAMS  laser mouse pointer in presentation "  for suggestions

    This may be semantics, but my interest is that "I" hide the bar.  The solution offered shows how the "system" hides it; however, there are times when "I" want to hide it.  Notably, when I am using the cursor inside the window to share the screen, the bar gets in the way.

    I have the same issue.  The control bar being always visible, not only acts add a distraction but also covers slides.  Not good enough MS.

    Its the same at my side. Hopefully, MS teams can update and fix the issue immediately
