Hiding Teams Control Task Bar (at Bottom of Teams Screen) During a Meeting (So Screenshot of Shared Screen is Clean)

Anyone know if there's a way to hide the default Teams meeting control task bar at the bottom of the screen so I can take screenshots of what is being shared/displayed on the without that in the way? Thanks.

Also, Teams isn't a "Category" option when I'm posting this. Nor is it listed in the "Office Topic" while "Skype" still is. Might want to update that since Teams has been released. As such, I'm having to post in "Unknown/Other".

Based on your description, you want to hiding the Teams control task bar (like below picture). I just tested this on my side, the task bar will auto hiding after you move your mouse outside of the sharing screen for a while. Could you please test this on your side to see if this works for you?

    Hi

    Yes the Control bar disapears but only after some time. If capturing screen shots you might miss it by the time the bar disapears especially. 

    Is there or will there be an opportunity to switch it off, minimize or make it way smaller.

    In my case everytime I move my cursor over the Teams App the Bar appears and it blocks part of the shared screen I need to see.

    Feedback would be appreciated. I like Teams, really do.

    All of these very valid comments are falling on deaf ears as 'Jennifer' believes the original screenshot issue is resolved. Someone clever needs to open a new thread with the title 'Badly Designed Toolbar renders Teams useless. Please fix' and then we can consolidate all of these comments there. 

    It's a bit sad, but also telling that they've left it like this for so long. It's laughable now, especially when the toolbar pops up on the presenters screen when they are sharing, and also on the recipients screen. That it hovers over the presenters material with no way to remove it (and no the defocus solution does not always work), is frankly daft.

    One issue I have is that the task bar re appears whenever you move the mouse. So on a three screen setup I can't join a teams meeting, hide the taskbar and then work on something on one of the other screens while in the meeting without the taskbar popping up again.

    It would be better if one had to click to bring it up. Or some other, intentional, maneuver.

    I guess the developers and testers did not take into account all the possible use cases for Teams. I.E. More than  just for looking at a face.
