After logging into the Teams app, it keeps on refreshing every second making it impossible to work until the app is reopened. This is a recurring problem and half the time it works smoothly, other times it doesn't.

Same problem. Please fix! Tried reinstalling, clearing cache to no avail. Submitted ticket with our IT team, hope they will eventually switch to something more reliable. Microsoft delivers more headache than solutions.

My organization pays a LOT of money to use this and Microsioft is doing NOTHING OTHER than screwing people over with stupid prompts for caching and reinstalling.

It's a bug. Turning wi-fi off works but not a great long-term solution. Waiting for the fix

Looks the MS developers did not figure it out that a Android device can have multiple LEGIT network connections possible - through the built-in LTE, built-in Wifi or any USB serial or USB dongle of some sort. I appreciate the progress you guys made with MS Teams in such a short time - Office developers should look at you for example to come out of the Cretaceous period faster.
That being said - you need to balance the security freak-outs with the reality of having multiple VALID interfaces to one device - in this case an Android phone - and graciously flip from one to the other without having the application lock up or refreshing every second trying to access an interface that was just switched away from , operationally (but not administratively switched off)
