MS Teams android app keeps refreshing

After logging into the Teams app, it keeps on refreshing every second making it impossible to work until the app is reopened. This is a recurring problem and half the time it works smoothly, other times it doesn't.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Kindly check if there are updates for Teams and the Android OS as well

    You may also try clearing Teams cache. Go to Settings > Apps > Click Teams > Storage > Press Clear Cache

    Alternatively, you may uninstall then reinstall the app.

    Hi, that's maybe a great workaround (if the Teams app succeed to unfreeze and you can go the Settings...), but what about fixing the problem at the root cause ? Would be good to have a Microsoft engineer answer on this.

    This app is really annoying because often not working well (keeps refreshing)...

    I agree, I have tried clearing the cache, uninsralling and reinstalling and I still cannot use the app due to constant refreshing.

    I am having the same problem - tried clearing cache but no difference.
