MS Teams android app keeps refreshing

After logging into the Teams app, it keeps on refreshing every second making it impossible to work until the app is reopened. This is a recurring problem and half the time it works smoothly, other times it doesn't.

    Finally someone who has identified the root cause! Microsoft, give this dude a finder's fee and fix the damned problem. Mobile phones regularly switch networks, often sub-second depending on performance and routing. Just use the frameworks for the device, and stop trying to do fancy stuff at a network level. You will never understand the network like the Android engineers do.

    I had this problem, and the solution was the same, turn off Wifi network, i think is a bug.

    I just noticed this in the Service Health page of the admin portal:

    Once the fix is released, users should receive the update automatically; however, users can also opt to force update. For users opting to force-update: The apps will be published on the Google Play Public Beta channels, so users can opt in to the public Beta of Microsoft Authenticator and the Intune Company Portal and then check for version number 6.2104.2785.

    Current status: Due do the complexity of the additional fix, the deployment is taking longer than expected and is currently 20 percent complete. We expect the deployment to be fully rolled out and available to the Google Play store by Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at approximately 1:30 AM UTC.
