MS Teams android app keeps refreshing

After logging into the Teams app, it keeps on refreshing every second making it impossible to work until the app is reopened. This is a recurring problem and half the time it works smoothly, other times it doesn't.

    I think I found the reason. This worked for me either with Wifi on or off.

    For me, everytime Teams kept refreshing, I noticed an "Yammer" icon that kept switching between enabled/disabled (within the Teams app).

    I went to the Yammer app on my Android phone and stepped through the login process.

    This enabled Teams to link with Yammer.

    Now the Teams stopped refreshing in the loop!!

    Pelase check if any of Teams are integerated with OTHER apps. You will need to login into those.

    Update, this was not a long term fix for me.  A couple hours it started doing the same thing as before.  <SHRUG>

    Hey All, I was having a similar issue, nne thing to note I am using the Work Profile via Intune as it is a corporate app managed my organization.  I tried dropping WiFi and putting it back on with no success.  I took the advice of a pervious poster about changing the permissions.  I edited mine giving Teams broader permissions as nothing was allowed and it seems to have solved my issue.  See my attached photo for how I set my permission's.  It seems to have worked for me, your mileage may vary.

    • Camera = Only while app is in use
    • Contacts = Allow
    • Files and Media = All Files
    • Location =  Only while app is in use
    • Microphone = Only while app is in use
    • Phone = Allow
