After logging into the Teams app, it keeps on refreshing every second making it impossible to work until the app is reopened. This is a recurring problem and half the time it works smoothly, other times it doesn't.

I ham having the same issue. Clearing cache did not help at all and after reinstallation I cannot logon any longer. The app keeps showing the message "There is s problem with the network, please try again".
I can also confirm that the Beta Authenticator app has remediated the issue.
I need to add that I do not have the InTune Company Portal.
I got the beta MS Authenticator and it seems to have solved my issue as well. Time will tell.
Same issue started today
This does not fix the problem for me. I have cycled wifi repeatedly without effect.
