This is starting to sound like a netsock issue 🤦 with W10

So I keep having an issue where people are losing network connection while on teams meeting while using a dock. We have Lenovo USB-C docks, but when you are connected to a teams meeting with a network cable plugged into the dock. It drops the meeting, it could be 5 mins into the meeting, 20 mins into the meeting. I cannot find a connection to the length of time it gives you online before you drop.
It only happens to you if you have a USB-C Lenovo Dock, plugged into a Lenovo laptop, with a network cable plugged into it. If you pulled the cable and work off wifi it NEVER has a problem.
I have done dock driver updates, dock firmware update.
Any ideas? has anyone else had this problem?

Same issue here. Elitebook 840 G6 in combination with dual philip243B monitors.
If I find a acceptable workaround, will udpate
Same issue here,
Lenovo USB-C docking station, on both a Lenovo Yoga and Microsoft Surface laptop.
As soon as I pull the network cable and use the Wifi, there are no problems at all.
It's about time! If I had known that lenovo's docking stations weren't that compatible with their own laptops I would have held off from purchasing 200 LOL.
We've been using a aftermarket usb-c docking station which has helped us cope with this issue.
We have a newly introduced webcam freezing issue now.
I will contact Lenovo and submit a support request with the five docking stations and p53s/t590s that we have exhibiting this exact problem.
Thank you very much for sharing this!
It looks like Lenovo and Realtek are dealing with this.
A guy on a Spiceworks forum quotes the following transcript after Lenovo left him a Voicemail regarding the issue:
"
I'm calling from Lenovo Support in reference to a ticket regarding a P53s having issues connecting to a dock with Teams. Just wanted to basically give you an update on this that Lenovo Engineering is working currently on a fix for this with Realtek. Apparently it's an industry-wide issue regarding the Ethernet controllers in docks, and we definitely are looking into it with Realtek to get a fix on this. We will, once there is a fix available, we will reach back out to you and let you know.
