So I keep having an issue where people are losing network connection while on teams meeting while using a dock. We have Lenovo USB-C docks, but when you are connected to a teams meeting with a network cable plugged into the dock. It drops the meeting, it could be 5 mins into the meeting, 20 mins into the meeting. I cannot find a connection to the length of time it gives you online before you drop.
It only happens to you if you have a USB-C Lenovo Dock, plugged into a Lenovo laptop, with a network cable plugged into it. If you pulled the cable and work off wifi it NEVER has a problem.
I have done dock driver updates, dock firmware update.
Any ideas? has anyone else had this problem?

Yes, absolutely. When using wifi or ethernet directly on the laptop the problems do not occur.
Are you sure? We didnt noticed this drops for example in Zoom and Google Meetings :( So if anybody can confirm is it only Realtek Ethernet port issue?
This is not a Teams issue. It´s happening with Cisco WebEx as well.
I'd love to know if anyone using Hangouts has this issue. I want to rule out that it's teams but I don't have much to compare it to. I turned on logging as well with teams and checked all the logs but it doesn't seem to show much other than a disconnection occurred.
It also seems that the usb-c docks are realtek audio and ethernet.
It's not, it's Teams Video utilising Ethernet over USB-C (with a high probability that it occurs when USB-C is handling multiple peripherals, such as multiple video channels)
