So I keep having an issue where people are losing network connection while on teams meeting while using a dock. We have Lenovo USB-C docks, but when you are connected to a teams meeting with a network cable plugged into the dock. It drops the meeting, it could be 5 mins into the meeting, 20 mins into the meeting. I cannot find a connection to the length of time it gives you online before you drop.
It only happens to you if you have a USB-C Lenovo Dock, plugged into a Lenovo laptop, with a network cable plugged into it. If you pulled the cable and work off wifi it NEVER has a problem.
I have done dock driver updates, dock firmware update.
Any ideas? has anyone else had this problem?

Hi!
2 days ago an update has been released for people who having issues with the Lenovo docking station Gen 2. Its seems to be a driver update and not a firmware update for the dockingstation (not completely sure).

we have the problem on some docks. Without everything runs fine, but that's not why we bought them ;)
Has anyone ever talked more intensively with support about the problem ?
This can not be so complicated ....
Check with Lenovo Vantage (if you’re using Lenovo devices) or try here: https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/windows
Can you point me in the right direction for the driver update? Thanks.
