MS Teams and network drops

So I keep having an issue where people are losing network connection while on teams meeting while using a dock. We have Lenovo USB-C docks, but when you are connected to a teams meeting with a network cable plugged into the dock. It drops the meeting, it could be 5 mins into the meeting, 20 mins into the meeting. I cannot find a connection to the length of time it gives you online before you drop. 

It only happens to you if you have a USB-C Lenovo Dock, plugged into a Lenovo laptop, with a network cable plugged into it. If you pulled the cable and work off wifi it NEVER has a problem. 

I have done dock driver updates, dock firmware update. 

Any ideas? has anyone else had this problem?

    Hello, 

    in my situationI have solved the problems. I used this driver https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/de/de/products/accessory/docks/thinkpad-usb-c-dock-gen-2/downloads/ds539091

    All Users reported to me, that they didn't have any problems, since we updated this driver.

    Same issue here.

    Lenovo T490 laptop and ThinkPad USB-C Dock Gen 2 for several users.

    Disconnecting network cable and reconnecting does not fix, but disconnecting power from the dock and reconnecting fixing the issue termporarily.

    We have exactky the same issues, all Lenovo Docks are up to date with the latest firmwares and all devices (laptops) have the latest firmwares and updates as well.

    it seems to be Ethernet over USB-C and Teams that causes the issues

    I have done this and we have the same problem. I am not sure how to fix it, the only way to "fix" it is to use wifi during teams calls.
