MS Teams and network drops

So I keep having an issue where people are losing network connection while on teams meeting while using a dock. We have Lenovo USB-C docks, but when you are connected to a teams meeting with a network cable plugged into the dock. It drops the meeting, it could be 5 mins into the meeting, 20 mins into the meeting. I cannot find a connection to the length of time it gives you online before you drop. 

It only happens to you if you have a USB-C Lenovo Dock, plugged into a Lenovo laptop, with a network cable plugged into it. If you pulled the cable and work off wifi it NEVER has a problem. 

I have done dock driver updates, dock firmware update. 

Any ideas? has anyone else had this problem?

    We have the exact same issue - Thinkpad Hybrid USB-C dock and a T490s + T490 Laptops

    So after I have read all post I can I'm still not sure there is a solution? Or did I miss the solution somewhere in the thread?

    I gave up on trying driver updates and other tweaks.  Swapping out multiple docks were still manifesting network connection drops using Teams. This caused many challenges with meetings.  I remedied my issue by disconnecting the network cable from the dock and using the onboard T490 ethernet Jack.  No issues since, but its not the Long term preferred solution as many more devices are soon to be deployed.

    This has been resolved by installing the latest DisplayLink Drivers: ThinkPad USB-C Dock Driver for Windows 10, 7, 8, 8.1 (32-bit, 64-bit) - Lenovo Support GB

    I installed this driver and restarted my T490.

    It did not resolve the issue. teams calls still fail the ethernet connection. Unplugging power from the dock and replugging power only brought the connection back with the call briefly. Computer with dock is working perfectly fine with all network functions after closing the teams call.
