Teams not working on Mac

Hi, i am trying to access teams on mac, it was working fine. However the last few times i restart my computer, it just displays a blank white screen with no message and it does not load any further. I have tried uninstalling and installing. 

Would someone be able to help with this

    Hi, i have a similar problem...

    My daugther is working from home to school with this application, and until now it worked fine.

    But since yesterday, she stopped to be able to send replys (messages) to the teachers .

    The messages don't follow to the receivers, and in the application appears (grey information on top) "A problem has occurred. switching on again"

    I'm very worried about this, cause this is the application she uses to interact with the teachers from school... if she is not able to communicate with the teachers or send her paperworks, this would be bad for her...

    I've allready reinstalled the application, but the problem remains...

    I've checked the internet connection and it is fine with other apps, including the microsoft ones...

    Please help me...

    Don't know what to do...

    I have been having the same problem and so is my daughter.  I haven't found any solution online in other forums.  We both have school district accounts - hers is a student account and mine is a teacher account.  I have had many disastrous sessions with students due to this issue.

    Please help - it seems as though this is an ongoing problem.

    A friend of mine using this on Mac is having this same issue. She has setup parental control on her kid's user. I took a look running the Teams web app on Safari and the result is that blank page, so we tried with Google Chrome. After several requests for parental control's password (for every external calls that Teams had to do) we finally had the app running. Safari never asked permission to access external services so that might be the reason for us getting always the blank page. However if she restarts the computer I don't know if will be necessary insert password again that many times. I will keep up on this reply if I have any news.
