    Hi All,

This is not good, In 2021 we do need to let Microsoft knows that you have an issue on your latest application for the Apple platform???

Seriously do you have a tester or the right engineers to test your latest app before releasing that.

It caused serious issues for us and I am not able to fix the issue for almost 500 staff who work remotely and they need collaboration.

we never missed any payment for our licensing and my question is who can help us to resolve this issue????

    Any idea?

I have a brand new Imac (having fried the GPU on my old mac pro) and have exactly the same problem of Teams not working.  Massive pain in the rear end.  I cannot believe this stuff still happens in 2021.

    Hi All

I fixed the issue by signing out of all the Microsoft accounts, deleting all the MS software and running the clear MS tool. Then I downloaded the MS office suite rather than each individual program. Not sure if this is the best way to do do it but hey it worked for me. Good luck!
