Teams not working on Mac

Hi, i am trying to access teams on mac, it was working fine. However the last few times i restart my computer, it just displays a blank white screen with no message and it does not load any further. I have tried uninstalling and installing. 

Would someone be able to help with this

    We are experiencing the same in my company on Mac and to a lesser degree on Windows.

    It has gotten to the point where we are ditching MS Teams over GSuite.

    Moving an entire compay from Teams to GSuite is very expensive and time consuming but when Microsoft does not fix the issues we we have no other options. MS cannot seriously expect non technical people to sit an delte cashing folders etc. to get their Teams to work. We want to work not clown around with technical details. 

    If I was Microsoft then I would 

    1. Make communication one app
    2. Make collaboration another app
    3. Employ a really good usability expert

    You can try to clear Teams cache to see if it helps for your issue, please follow the steps below:

    1. Click Go > Go To Folder.
    2. Then negative to following folder and delete them to see if it helps.

    ~/Library/Caches/com.microsoft.teams 

    ~/Library/Caches/com.microsoft.teams.shipit 

    ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams

    My microsoft teams on Mac keeps crashing as well. I updated the OS on the MAC, I uninstalled the app, deleted these folders as mentioned above, reinstalled the app. The app was working fine for two days and then crashed again. Repeated the process and the app is working fine again for now, but may crash again. Please assist in why this keeps happening?
